07 – Submit Type B appliance

The application being completed is for a
type B gas appliance. Due to this, the
application requires information
associated with Schedule 9 of the Gas
Regulations. Click 'Next' to progress the
part 1 of the Schedule 9. 

The first part
of the information for a schedule 9
relating to the type B appliance is now
required. The information you need to
provide includes appliance location,
manufacturing details, gas supply details,
purging information and a description of
the appliance. Click 'Next' progress to part
2 of the Schedule 9. You are now required
to populate the part 2 of Schedule 9
information for each line item you must
specify if the information is attached,
not applicable, or to be supplied. 

If attached information was indicated a
minimum of one attachment must be made
to progress the application. Gas
information sheet 54 on the ESV website
can be utilized to assist with
understanding what schedule 9
information is required. Once all the
Schedule 9 details are complete and
correct, select 'next' to progress to the
review and submit section of the
application.

You have now reached the
final stage of the application process
expand all fields and review the
information entered. Any errors
identified can be fixed by returning to
the relevant screen in the process and
editing the information.

When you are happy with the information
being true incorrect make, the intent to
comply station schedule 10 by selecting
the checkbox and select 'submit'. Your
application has now been successfully
submitted to here ESV. An acknowledge
receipt email is sent to the email
address stated in your application.
Select 'return to main menu' to return to
the user form.
