The new portal replaces the existing Spotters Register as the system used by Registered Training Providers (RTOs) to manage Spotter registrations and renewals.
The portal is more streamlined, reliable and offers new and improved features and functions to support RTOs.
New features
- Record completion dates of first aid requirements within the Spotter profile.
- View a list of spotters that have completed training but have not had their cards printed
- Export a full or filtered list of Spotters to Excel.
Improvements
- Advanced search and filter functions to easily find and manage registrations.
- Registration numbers now carry over when registrations are renewed to minimise the risk of duplicate profiles.
- Postal address field can now be used to record the address that will be printed on Spotter letters.
New access for Spotters
Spotters can now access the portal to update and maintain their own address and contact details. They can also view their competencies and the dates they completed their training and first aid requirements.
